With their active employee base and ambitious Moody’s CSR team, the company sought to improve the participation rates in their global volunteer program. With multiple levels of engagement from organized in-person events to self-directed virtual engagements, Moody’s needed a team that could work with champions to develop localized tactics to meet their global goals.
Approach
Moody’s dedicated Give To Get team initiated a series of strategic meetings and in-depth discussions with local champions, focusing on pinpointing causes, identifying key nonprofit partners, and aligning scheduling parameters to harness local insights. We then forged a robust global partnership network with local NGOs, orchestrated Festivals of Giving to facilitate large-scale mobilizations in corporate hubs, and meticulously curated opportunities tailored for smaller employee bases.
Impact
Over the course of the Team Up program, Moody’s demonstrated the depth and breadth of their employee engagement and CSR program. More than 4,000 employees were mobilized across 16 countries generating more than 11,000 hours of work for nearly 100 local NGO partners. Moody’s continued to show their commitment to the neighborhoods and communities of their employees.
