Need

Fidelity’s CSR Team was getting overwhelmed with requests from their 11 national regions for different types of employee engagement and social impact efforts to their meeting and event teams. They wanted to find a partner who could help relieve this bottleneck and take advantage of an active employee base wanting to engage in their community.

Approach

Give To Get worked with the Fidelity team to develop a process and dedicated email address, managed by Give To Get, to receive organized requests from the regions for opportunities. This dedicated team was developed to check requests and provide opportunities to Fidelity’s employee base.

Impact

Through the dedicated email account, Fidelity’s regions sent dozens of requests into Give To Get over the course of each year. With each request, we created proposals, budgets and timelines for local champions to evaluate. Nearly two thirds of the proposals are accepted and executed by our team. Each year, we present to regional and national CSR and ERG teams to educate on how to extend impact and participation.
